2. Description of Service
House Of Car is a platform connecting vehicle owners with doorstep wash and care services, care products & accessories, insurance comparison and renewal, and repair pickup & drop through affiliated technicians, workshops, and insurance partners.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
Prices for services and products are displayed in the app at the time of booking and may vary by city, vehicle type, or season. Payments are processed through supported payment methods; applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address and vehicle details for each booking.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access for technicians or pickup/drop staff.
- Report any damage or service issues within the timeframe specified in our Cancellation Terms.
6. Franchise & Partner Terms
Separate agreements govern Master Franchise, Area Partner Manager, Partner Manager, Channel Partner, and Workshop Franchise relationships. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the website and app in addition to any signed partner agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The House Of Car name, logo, and all website and app content are the property of House Of Car and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
House Of Car facilitates bookings with trained technicians and verified partners but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond what is required by applicable law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
